Mallory Raley is an aspiring novelist specializing in the science fiction and fantasy genres. As a child, she kept an eye out for a certain white rabbit in a waistcoat who would lead her to Wonderland. When the white rabbit never showed, she took matters into her own hands and began to create her own versions of Wonderland. These became some of her first scribbles of fiction.
Mallory holds a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing for Entertainment from Full Sail University. During her time at Full Sail, she earned two Course Director’s Awards in Creative Writing Industry and Television Writing, along with the Salutatorian Award in her graduating class. Mallory’s stories often include plots where our contemporary world and the fantastical collide, all while a resilient protagonist stands up against evil. Among her short fiction works, Doppelganger and The Gravedigger, have been published by Story Shack Magazine.
Mallory lives in the South Carolina Lowcountry, where the historical charm and beautiful waterways provide her inspiration and fuel her creativity. When she’s not writing (or obsessing over word count goals), Mallory enjoys working as a freelance editor. She still keeps an eye out for that elusive white rabbit, simply because she refuses to live in a world where a gateway to Wonderland doesn’t exist.
